Course Overview:

Described as “Presumably the Best Leadership in the World” by HR Magazine (March 2008), the leadership philosophy of Mr. Sunny Wong, Carlsberg’s first CEO in China, varies greatly from many other “Leadership by Heart” programmes in the way that he puts huge focus on the “Serving People” mindset or simply the “Lead by Serving” principle from the very outset.

Our trainer is equipped with 30 years’ experience in leading global businesses through various triumphant journeys in the China market. This course adopts an interactive approach, combining both real life stories and key theories such as the Tao Te Ching of Lao Tzu and cases related to empathy and persuasion, which helps participants to understand the key elements of a successful true leader and acquire highly practical skills to lead teams so as to keep ahead and stay competitive in the market.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will obtain a “Certificate of attendance”.
